In the past, I had been through a lot of rough times. I loved, cried, got broken, loved again and was caught up between family values and incompatibility, then got separated when I found the strength to leave him. I was lost when I lost my mom. I started to worry about money to pay the bills and the mortgage. I was afraid the bank will take over my house. But I never gave up and never stopped being thankful for all that I had.
I am thankful that I got four kids and that they’re always in good health. I may never be always there beside them but I had faith in God and I entrusted them to Him, to guide them and keep them safe.
I am thankful that although I came from a poor family, my parents raised me well and they’re always there even when I did something stupid. I am thankful that they gave me a brother and a sister that even though we were like cats and dogs when we we’re young; they turned out to be my best friends.
There’s really so much in life to be thankful for and I’m glad that I found this meme that through this, I can bring up the good things in life that God has given me. Every week, I’ll be looking forward to think of the things that I am truly thankful for and share them with the world. I truly believed that God is always there because things in my life are starting to go right again.

Here's my entry for this week. Shot during a dinner at San Diego Restaurant at Club Punta Fuego Inc..

Punta Fuego is the country's pioneer in seaside developments. Located in Nasugbu, Batangas, it has the conveniences of modern facilities and diverse dining outlets. San Diego on the other hand, was named after a ship that sailed past the overlooking waters of Punta Fuego some 400 years ago.

As an exclusive resort, only members and their guests are privileged to enjoy the club's facilities and amenities. Lucky for me I work here. For more Watery Wednesday entries, please click here.

Taken inside the Palawan Subterranean River National Park. UNESCO has recognized it as a World Heritage Site and it has the reputation of being the world’s longest underground navigable river. These people in the picture were my friends. We took pictures of each other while were inside the cave.

This is the huge Central Fountain of Manila situated at Liwasang Bonifacio. This was inaugurated in December 1994. I took this picture from the pillars of National Post Office. It’s been more than a decade since I last set foot on this place.

As this is a site for political rallies, this also brings a lot of memories to me.

This picture was taken on my youngest daughter’s second birthday. It was done in a resort and though it was raining hard then, but I just can’t keep the kids from swimming. Here’s my eldest daughter Mikah with her friend jumping on the kid’s pool and having so much fun.

This is a meme blog. Like everybody else, I asked what is a meme blog?  And I found out that there’s a lot more than a little information on that. It is pronounced as it sounds like “dream” or “theme”. The term originated from the book “The Selfish Gene” by Richard Dawkins where it was defined as “a unit of cultural transmission, or a unit of imitation”.
I had planned on starting this blog then, but I ran out of time and energy. Not until I found out what meme blog can do to me. It will not only help me find new friends but it will also make me reconstruct myself. And today, I am officially starting this meme blog.  It took me quite some time to set this blog up and there are a lot of things I’d like to put but my head is so crowded that I don’t know which should come first. I just hope that in a couple of hours more I’ll be able to fix everything
